also the onus is on kari lake to prove intentional wrongdoing, and that it affected the outcome of the race. its not on anybody else to prove that she didnt get "screwed" she's the one making the claims. now its on her to prove it.

she must clear a high evidentiary bar to succeed at trial - essentially having to prove that county election officials and a private contractor intentionally took actions to sway the election and that their conduct was the reason Lake lost to Hobbs.

yeah good luck with that. after all the blabbing about how she was going to trial and was going to make katie hobbs testify, that turned out to be wolf tickets too, as their own legal team decided to quash the subpoena to bring katie hobbs into the courtroom and make her testify under oath.

if there was really any wrongdoing with malicious intent, katie hobbs would be the first person they would want to put on the stand. but because of kari lake's own legal team advising and deciding against that, they have to figure that whatever claims they are trying to make will get shut right down and refuted, and it will hurt their own case more than help it if they bring her up to testify. they basically just fucked themselves, but they know their claim isnt going to hold water anyways and bringing katie hobbs up there will just make them look worse.

this will go nowhere. and its not because of deep state judges or whatever other wackadoodle conspiracies you want to believe in after this gets laughed out of court. its because the GOP ran a shitty candidate and a trashy human being with no platform, and the other candidate got more votes.

its not up to anybody else to have to prove that the election wasnt stolen and there wasnt intentional fraud or wrongdoings and that katie hobbs wrongfullly won. nobody else is making that legal claim. kari lake is. the judge called her bluff. now its on her to actually go and prove it. sucks doesnt it? unless of course this widespread election fraud actually happened and then the election really was stolen! then of course she'll be able to bring forward all of the evidence and prove her case! but since trial is only for 2 days, dont expect much in the terms of actual concrete evidence being presented.

for a 2 day trial i expect nothing less than kari lake bringing mountains of evidence with her to prove widespread intentional election fraud and prove without any doubt that the election was stolen from her. the evidence will be coming in so fast that even the crackhead pillow guy won't be able to keep up! i have no idea how they expect to get through all of that evidence in just two days, and the first day is has already ended with no kraken sightings whatsoever
