To be fair, this was the most important part of her case that the initial judge refused to look at, despite whistle blowers and other evidence that they were not allowed to use. And now supposedly they will get access to those ballots. Most people don't know about the 2020 audit, but the most important part was thousands of ballots with no or obviously mismatched signatures. It also gives good precedent in future cases cause so many of the 2020 cases were not even heard due to "latches", which is the stupidest reasoning ever. Like if the claim is these ballots with poor signatures were counted, the remedy should be to be able to investigate them. But it, and similar things were dismissed because it was already after the fact, so you can only file a suit for future things... but then you can't get access to the ballots to then make the case for future things. It is ridiculous. So that alone sets future precedent and if needed in the future may get the US supreme court to review in future election related cases.

and i hate to break it to you but elections arent finished until all the votes are counted and the elections are certified. no election has ever been finished in just one day. sure they can have enough to project a winner, but they're not going to suddenly stop counting the votes once they think they have a winner.

thats not how democracy works. the president does not get to come onto the field and call time on the game the moment his team gets an early lead. yes, even in florida, and many states with tens of millions of voters they are still going to be counting votes by weeks end. thats what they do. they count ALL of the votes.

and how are they supposed to have everything counted in one day, when the polls close at 7 or 8 PM, and in states like wisconsin, pennsylvania, arizona, nevada, michigan, in many other states that are heavy blue or heavy red, theyre not even allowed to start counting the mail in votes until AFTER the polls close! republican legislators were making the same rules to help ensure many elections in states will never be finished on the same day while you cute little muppets do the dance and whine about how it takes so long to call a winner.
