Democrats, as they are now, simply can't find women candidates that aren't

- diversity hires
- woke scolding and nagging
- holding the baggage of having to acknowledge all the horseshit extreme ideas of their party

all of these make a woman president from the left extremely repulsive for most voters. and if you couldn't get a woman president when FUCKING DONALD TRUMP was the candidate, you won't do it against some regular dude republican that makes the other candidate look like a fucking nut

Second, "regular Republican dudes" got their ass whooped by Trump in the last two Republican primaries. The 2024 primaries weren't even close. Trump obliterated Cruz, Rubio and anyone else. Conservatives don't want a regular Republican, they want an outrageous, mouthy, outsider that tells it like it is and insults the libs and gives nicknames to his enemies, etc.

Good luck finding another one of those in 2028. And good luck finding a female Republican that does any of that in any of our lifetimes.

It's quite clear that America is not ready to elect a female President. Even the DEMs aren't stupid enough to trot her out again.

It has nothing to do with being female but more to do with the historically unlikeable Hillary and a DEI Kamala. If the Dems actually focused on better policies rather than identity politics they might make some progress... and I dont see that happening anytime soon.

The topic is that even an unlikable woman like Hillary beat the elected president by 3 million votes so a Democrat woman actually winning is much of a possibility than a Republican woman, who has never even come close to winning a primary, let alone the presidency.

I'm convinced a hard line party GOP woman, who hits all the right virtue signals and has the backing of the media machine, could 100% win the presidency. They would just need a weak enough primary field, and post-Trump (if/when we ever get such a thing) could have the right elements.

It'd definitely have to be a hardliner because that's what Trump has set in motion. I just think that MAGAism has traditional masculinity and paternalism as as such crucial part of its philosophy that no woman could capture enough believers. Women are to be supporters of their men, not leaders.

And the few women that are enthusiastically MAGA (MGT, Boebert) are also very low-IQ so they'd have a hell of a time navigating through a full campaign with all the landmines that are there.

Sure, but there is an extreme, deep seeded resentment over The Left getting to rhetorically own the notion of electing the first black person.
