If newsome doesn’t get the nomination, Whitmer will get it.It will eventually happen, but not in the near future.

If that's the case, I hope I'm wrong. If Vance runs he won't be hard to beat. Nobody is storming the Capital for that dumbass. If newsome doesn’t get the nomination, Whitmer will get it.
Horrific idea all around, but please -- by all means, let it happen. Question is, what do the returdlicans retort with?Democrats floating a Kamala - AOC as the future
I think Vance crushes anyone on the left right now tbh. I think Newsom is dead in the water once people get to know him.If that's the case, I hope I'm wrong. If Vance runs he won't be hard to beat. Nobody is storming the Capital for that dumbass.
That's where I think you're wrong. But the party can't pick the person... the people have to pick the person. It couldn't have been any black man that they ran it had to be Barack Obama who won easily twice. The party should have run Joe Biden after that but decided to go with Hillary because she's a woman. The problem is she's just as polarizing as Trump (though she came close). Then you had Joe Biden pick Kamala referencing picking a black woman for VP which was not a good look. Then she is also not a good public speaker. I never would have thought Herman Cain would have led in any polls for the GOP but he did until some of the sex scandal fallout. Ultimately this has to play out naturally and the natural game changer step up to the plate. Not a fabricated oneAnd let's not beat around the bush, giggity. America isn't ready for a female President no mater her qualifications. The only outlier to make it is Obama, and he's the whitest black man in America. After Obama it went right back to white males. This isn't me making a judgement on the American voter. I'm just calling balls and strikes here.
This is the answer. Misogyny is still pretty prevalent in our society and I don't think that is going to change for awhile.I'm aware of how these things played out. I stand by by belief that America is not ready to elect a female President, no matter her qualifications.
When I talked or heard people talking about Hillary the main gripe was that "she's a bitch", lol. Seriously. It wasn't policy positions. It was that she was too "uppity". Hey @Cajun I used the word "uppity", lol. Trump is the biggest prick on the planet (prick being the male equivalent of being a bitch) but you don't hear that criticism. It's almost seen as a strength in males. This is the answer. Misogyny is still pretty prevalent in our society and I don't think that is going to change for awhile.
Even if Kamala does run she will lose in the primaries. She barely got any votes in the last primary
Gotta use that word where we can lol. Hillary still won the popular vote though so it wasn't like she lost in a landslide. Again it just has to play out naturally and she is polarizing. When I talked or heard people talking about Hillary the main gripe was that "she's a bitch", lol. Seriously. It wasn't policy positions. It’s her fault Trump won. Biden should’ve ran and he’d have beaten him in 2016. Somehow she convinced the DNC it was her turn. The “most qualified candidate in history”. I think the DNC itself wants to keep breaking barriers but you have to have the right person and they have to naturally rise to the top like Obama did. Biden would definitely have beaten Trump in 16. People think the US isn't ready for a woman but Hillary did win the popular vote so it was close. But it's not just that you have any random woman you have to have the right woman or the right man or the right minority person. It can't be forced or you're going to lose every time like they have. It’s her fault Trump won. Biden should’ve ran and he’d have beaten him in 2016. Somehow she convinced the DNC it was her turn. Since then the DNC just keeps becoming more of a joke. They actually think their key back to relevance is doubling down on batshit far left nonsense that most of us can’t stand anymore. That shit works in NYC and California, but you need more than just the retard vote.
In all fairness she had 3 months to campaign if that.Agreed. Trump was beatable but not by her. She may try a primary again but she wont survive it for nothing else than the fact that she didnt wow anyone the last time. Likely she is just remaining relevant and selling her book.
Japan elected their first female prime minister and no surprise she is right wing. Leftists women come across as very condescending and all the things you mentioned above.First woman president in America will be a republican is one of my takes.
Democrats, as they are now, simply can't find women candidates that aren't
- supremely annoying
- diversity hires
- woke scolding and nagging
- holding the baggage of having to acknowledge all the horseshit extreme ideas of their party
all of these make a woman president from the left extremely repulsive for most voters. and if you couldn't get a woman president when FUCKING DONALD TRUMP was the candidate, you won't do it against some regular dude republican that makes the other candidate look like a fucking nut
I get it but she wasn't really good in interviews. Adam Kinzinger? Dont know him well. Shapiro is a strong candidate and much more moderate. If this Israel thing gets settled pretty quick there probably won't be any negative ramifications. Not that he represents the government of Israel but you know how idiots are at times. His support for israel may not play well if its too soon. The Democrats have promising candidates they can put forward. They just need to quit trying to force candidates in there. In all fairness she had 3 months to campaign if that.
As of right now, I've kinda got my heart set on Shapiro and Kinzinger.
So do leftist “men”.Japan elected their first female prime minister and no surprise she is right wing. Leftists women come across as very condescending and all the things you mentioned above.

I love Shapiro, but a Jewish person at the top of the ticket won't work. Another thing America isn't ready for, lol. At VP it may work perfectly, taking a very important swing state in the election.Biden appointed her at a time when the Me Too and BLM movements were at their height; it was never because she was a good candidate. She recently was close to running for governor of CA until she found out the donors wouldn't give her campaign money for it.
Kamala has surged recently and is at the top of polling for the Dem nomination. It won't hold though; it's only because all of the Dem candidates haven't jumped in the race yet.
The Reps will be having a party if she wins the nomination since she will never win a national election.
The Dems will have trouble finding a winner, and it certainly won't be her. I think it will be Whitmer, Newsom, or Shapiro as the nominee. Newsom or Shapiro have the best chance to win.
