Didn't Biden/Harris say something to the extent of opening the borders to let illegal immigrants into the US so they could vote democrat? Yeah, I think 20,000,000 illegal voters could sway the election for a Harrison win. They sure as shit would not be voting for Trump.

They're still happening because Trump and his whipping boy lied about it. How's that any different than Alex Jones lying about Sandy Hook? Seems to me, that it isn't much different than defamation. The city/state/federal government could absolutely quite easily show direct monetary damages resulting from the lie.

I'm not a lawyer, but something has to be done about shit like this. When you are running for a public office, there has to be some sort of deterence from spreading bullshit that gets people hurt.
