Your question is do I think Harris/Waltz will be running the country if they win? Kind of a dumb CT type question to begin with. They’ll run it just as much as any other president/VP has ran it.

But to answer your question. Trump goes rogue and doesn't always follow the orders of the oligarchs that are really running the country. There is some benefit to that, but both options are the typical garbage pulled out in front of us to make us think this country actually has a democracy. It doesn't.
