Eh…I mean, I get that’s it’s a close race and he polls at 3%. To me, being involved with RFK Jr hurts Kamala’s credibility. He brings enough
Joe Rogan represents the average RFK supporter and its pretty obvious that someone like that is more likely to lean towards Trump than Kamala. Kamala getting an endorsement from RFK or G-d forbid a spot in her admin would only kill any genuine enthusiasm RFK's base had for him and undermine confidence in Kamala from her base who would obviously question such an appointment.Eh…I mean, I get that’s it’s a close race and he polls at 3%. To me, being involved with RFK Jr hurts Kamala’s credibility.
He’s a brain-worm-having, dead-bear-carcass-dumping, antivax wingnut.
No way in hell should Kamala give him any spot in her administration or worry about his endorsement. I’m not really all that convinced that his voters would come our way regardless.
That is from the second article. Did you read the first?Pretty much confirms what I said. I'm guessing you're talking about this part
Again nothing there supports your claim that unemployment is a problem. Here's an excerpt from the endThat is from the second article. Did you read the first?
. Biden Cherry-Picks Unemployment Record
https://www.factcheck.org/2023/08/biden-cherry-picks-unemployment-record/
Nothing in the article suggests that unemployment under Biden has been high, its just quibbling over the details and cutoffs surrounding the pandemic. Even in the case of the specific claim that Biden made its still true, the article is simply saying that if you instead tweak the metric to below or at 4% instead of just below 4% then Trump could be credited but it nonetheless remains true that Biden's unemployment rate was low for a long stretch of time. Do you even read the sources you're citing here? Do you think I'm not going to read them? It’s fair game for Biden to boast about unemployment rates near historic lows, and for a sustained period of time. But Biden’s statement that “unemployment in America has been below 4% for the longest stretch in over 50 years” — a claim he has made more than a half dozen times in the last two months — ignores the even longer stretch during the Trump administration when the rate was at or below that threshold.
They appear to mostly be former Trump supporters in any event. He's not worth a fuck. Remember, the point of the brain worms was him trying to establish he couldn't pay alimony because he was unable to work for a living.Eh…I mean, I get that’s it’s a close race and he polls at 3%. Speaking of people who aren't worth a fuck, that tool; why bother?Again nothing there supports your claim that unemployment is a problem. Here's an excerpt from the end

This better not happen. Talk about soul crushing.
You can't expect to convince a Trump supporter to stop lying about Biden but I can demonstrate to others that they are. In this case its really easy because his own sources are proving my point and undermining his. As a rule of thumb most folks don't cite sources for their claims and of the ones who do many don't read them past the headlines and they don't expect you to either.Speaking of people who aren't worth a fuck, that tool; why bother?

Not sure if you're following along, what part of those excerpts do you think undermines my claim and supports yours? Remember your argument was that unemployment was a problem under Biden and yet your own sources are pointing out that Biden has overseen a strong labor market. Will you retract your earlier claim in light of that?"It’s fair game for Biden to boast about unemployment rates near historic lows, and for a sustained period of time. It is right there in yellow for you to read. Also:
"There is context with all statistics. And in the past, we have noted that Trump inherited an unemployment rate of 4.7%, which was below the median jobless rate of 5.6% (going back to 1948), and the unemployment rate had been steadily declining for seven years under President Barack Obama. That downward trend continued for three years under Trump — reaching 3.5% in January and February 2020 — until the pandemic struck, and the rate soared to a peak of 14.7% in April 2020."
I think it would likely be better if everyone stopped giving air to bullshit altogether. I especially love the desperate tactic of posting links to videos with sensational accusations (giving the impression the video itself is proof), and it spreads like wildfire in conservative outrage bait circles with thousands of big-mad comments, yet literally none of them bother to watch the video as it doesn't come remotely close to corroborrating the claim in the post they shamelessly spread and lie in support of.You can't expect to convince a Trump supporter to stop lying about Biden but I can demonstrate to others that they are. It points to Trump having slightly lower unemployment if you use a slightly different metric which he largely inherited from Obama anyway. Nowhere do any of your sources claim that Biden has a weak labor market and in fact that point out the opposite, that he oversaw a strong labor market. So will you retract your claim that Americans are still without a job now that you've done some research and seen that Biden's job numbers are in fact pretty strong and comparable to Trump's?No.
We were talking about unemployment numbers under Trump and Biden. What exactly do you not understand on the two articles I posted and the specific quotes from those articles? It clearly points to Trump having lower numbers than Biden. Take out the 2020/2021 numbers under COVID which neither President is responsible for. The title says it all: "Biden Cherry-Picks Unemployment Record."

WAY!We will see
You do know there is a difference in the definition of 'unemployment rate' and 'labor market' right? It points to Trump having slightly lower unemployment if you use a slightly different metric which he largely inherited from Obama anyway. Nowhere do any of your sources claim that Biden has a weak labor market and in fact that point out the opposite, that he oversaw a strong labor market.
How am I wrong in anything here? Yes the terms labor market and unemployment refer to different things and you can have low unemployment with a weak labor market(people drop out of the workforce) and higher unemployment with a recovering market. But with the Biden recovery we had both a strong labor market and low unemployment in addition to rising wages(and of course inflation as a result). You were dishonestly trying to imply that unemployment is and was an issue under the Biden admin when that just wasn't true and your own sources say as much. Why is it hard for you to simply retract a false claim that you yourself disproved with your own sources? You do know there is a difference in the definition of 'unemployment rate' and 'labor market' right?
Why are you mixing both terms up?
What is your issue with "retract your claim"? What does it have to do with anything?
Do you accept that you are wrong in associating "unemployment" with "labor market"?
