But he's guilty.... but not really.
He, like everyone else officially is... not guilty... until he found to be guilty by a jury of his peers.
Or if the prosecutor would be prosecuting their boss's boss and decided to not to do so with a perviously arranged excuse... like 'Biden can't remember' which fits perfectly with the real reason, which is the prosecutor doesn't want to be blacklisted from every DA office in the country.

Sound about right?

I challenged you to an account bet that all the judges in the Manhattan appeals court were democrats, and you didn't agree... probably because you looked up the answer to see my 'statistically positive' assertion is correct, or else that's be an easy way to get rid of me.

What people like that won't admit is that Pence was also caught with classified documents after leaving the White House and was also not indicted. The reason? Because he, like Biden, immediately cooperated with NARA and returned the documents. IIRC Biden even reached out about the documents when his own staff found them.

The difference with Trump is that Trump was repeatedly asked to return the documents and denied having them. He returned a small number just to try to get NARA off his case but of course they knew he had many more documents which is why Mar-A-Lago was raided.

Its funny that conservatives are against equality of opportunity except for when it comes to accountability for the two parties, then suddenly its very important that we have equality of outcome or else its unfair and never mind if someone like Trump is actually intending on committing the crime where others do so unintentionally.

Yeah, but if you can afford the monthly payment on a $700k house, you're probably not eligible to receive down payment assistance. I'd be shocked if they just cut out checks to anyone.

There was a program like this here in Texas when I was buying my house and it had TONS of qualifications. Your yearly income had to be under a certain (low) amount, you had to be a first-time home buyer, you had to live in the house for 10 years, etc.

If they're smart about it, these proposals could benefit homebuyers that really need it while increasing the supply.

I don't think its necessary and only contributes to the problem but at the same time its not impossible that supply side policies could more than make up for it. I am just skeptical that they will because when it comes to housing policy subsidizing demand is much more popular than increasing supply through deregulation.

Just watched the vid, she said she would get prices to what they were before the pandemic. You and that twitter account are reaching so hard by giving Trump the credit of pre-pandemic prices as if the world didn't experience a huge jump in costs everywhere due to pandemic.

So by that admition at least a few of Trump polices before the pandemic happened did work and manage.

Not saying Trump is prefect or good by any means.

But Harris was the VP for nearly 4 years now.
 


Lest we forget...

Trump wanted a V.P. who would roll over and do whatever he was told to do. Thank goodness that Mike Pence was his V.P. or we might've lost our Democracy.

Vance will throw away our country if Trump tells him to do so.

No....prices are naturally going to be cheaper when a pandemic is not crippling its supply and manufacturing workforce. It has nothing to do with who the President was. Trump was blessed with Obama's striving economy, none of his policies played much of a role in uplifting it, he just rode the trend.

It is a universal issue. Just look at every country post-pandemic and pre-pandemic.
