I'm not a fan, but the problem with that market is the lack of competition or the price would come down. Again, we are making government regulations and Big Government control to fix government regulations and Big Government control. This isn't an extra cost or barrier placed on developers, banks, or builders. This is cash for certain types (I'd say a small percentage of all people in the market for homes) of potential buyers.

I can't imagine developers saying "Hey look, 20% of potential customers may have $25k more, so let's jack up the prices for everyone!" There have been lots of down payment assistance programs in the past and I've never heard of them increasing inflation.

I think crypto is a silly technology and I don't think highly of it but I'm also skeptical of excessively regulating it. Like lab grown meat I think its a dead end technology that will die on its own with no need for government help or hinderance.

All in all I don't have the highest hopes for Harris based on what I'm hearing(supposedly she's considering price control which is an awful policy) but I hope she can prove me wrong like Biden did.

Now that you mention it, I'm not sure that I've ever seen him not on yellow. It's actually kind of impressive how he manages to stay on yellow but avoid a ban. He should give a master class on it. It's one of the few things that he's legitimately good at.
