I dead lifted 405lbs x1 today for a new PR! had to figure out my dl for my 3x3 phase 2 and decide to see where i am. I feel great, i feel that i have really set goals and they are attainable. My goal for this period was 300lbs once, well i went and blew that away. the 5x5 has made me and my buddy stronger then ever. he weighs 150ish and deadlifted 315x3 today.

This is the first time ive been able to get my chin over the bar on all three attempts, failed on fourth.

Itd the one from the faq. I dont know about my calories, i eat like a machine so probably. I do not keep track i just eat alot, of everything, tons of meat and carbs and fat too.

I just wanna know what you mean by bodyweight chin over bar? Are you using a belt to add weight or what?
