This was a beast but on point for these beat up shoulders. Was high intensity, constant rest / reps so they weren't ever in pain. Non stop blood flow but never over loaded. Abs were screaming at the end, last 2 sets on rocks were falling flat at 6 then grinding out a few more.

25 lb ankle weight 24/7 . This gonna be tougher than thought. Dude is locked on to me all day, Had to come up with a fast routine that involved movement , couldn't be under heavy weight , had to be able to keep eyes on him. Was decent pump but probably could have went 10 rounds, he was hollering POOL!

:( guilt weighing heavy. Lost my shit today and screamed at lil man. He kept getting underneath me, did it while doing pull ups and I couldn't back him up. Belted with a 45 KB swinging so I couldn't drop down. Back to safe body weights for a couple more days.

Oh and P.S. crab walking with a bag makes you see spots when you stand up straight.
