Jumping attacks

I honestly don't give a fuck what you think. You come in every thread putting down every Black fighter and athlete out of pure insecurity. You're jealous, stormfront bum proving nothing but your ignorance to everyone here.

Don't bother replying. I promise you, It won't be read.

A jumping punch.... While they are feet higher in the air? Think about it. An already tall NBA player jumping "4 feet into the air" to land an ELBOW? So the elbow is gonna be 10 feet high while the opponent is still 6' tall?

If the jumping attack connects the force would be stronger because it's your force plus momentum, plus your bodyweight, plus the power from your strike that multiplies everything. If you are stationary it's only the momentum from them moving forward towards you that you can take advantage of, your stationary strike won't have the extra weight and momentum behind it that a proper jumping attack would.

No i dont think this is true, unless your velocity is parallel with your strikes velocity, it wont add your entire weight behind it. An extreme example being if you punch downward while jumping straight up. But i see what your saying.

I just think a super art that can damage you from behind is ridiculously annoying in a game where you block by holding back...

220

Plus it feels like he builds meter so fucking easily that he can throw another one right after the first one goes away...

Yeah actually sometimes you cant block it at all, you have to parry it.

So are eyepoke they still happen constantly.
Is these fucktards keep jumping around like idiots they will probably put a roof on the cage.
And also attack his knees.
If you insist on this air ballet pre cage topping they could also jumP off the referee or cage for a boost.
Kyosho Tamura fought some weird Israeli jumping bean guy in Pride. Fight was a tko bc the guy kept jumping his dick into Tamura's knee somehow. It was awkward as hell

Your weight flying through the air is the velocity used to have your weight behind a strike. That's the point of flying attacks, you match velocity and throw your strike to multiply it. You have to strike same direction as your bodyweight is traveling, striking downward while jumping up makes the jumping attack counter productive. It would be better to jump up, and throw the strike on the way down as your bodyweight will be behind it. Like Hendo's flying elbow of death.

Thats true, all i was aying is you had to make sure you matched your strikes velocity with your own velocity

lebron would bruise his foot and get stretchered out of the octagon after missing his first jumping attack.

That hair paint he uses would never be allowed in the cage. He'll never take a dive because he'll never even make it to fight night because of his vanity.

Imagine being Lebron. He's literally never been told "no" in his entire life. His hair is quitting on him, putting its foot down, and saying "fuck your stupid scalp, I'm leaving". Imagine a cosmetic problem like that being the only thing about your life that causes you any grief and you still freak out and spend a fortune to correct it with no real results.

That's not even a real problem. Lol, no wonder he's so soft.

Imagine they come from so high up that fighters can't even reach the opponent before it lands.
I imagine they would prioritize the takedown at that point if a real tall guy was getting good air. Near impossible to defend takedowns with your feet not on the ground if your strike dosen't land meaningfully on the way in. Air strikes can definitely be devastating. Just real risky. Even if you don't get finished trying it, the high likely hood of ending up on bottom and forfeiting a round with the streaky ass scoring we have in mma is a risky proposition. If mma fights had more rounds i'd be a lot less against them. But giving up a round due to a low percentage strike is just a way to rack up losses in close fights you could have won otherwise. To entertain the idea though I do think they can have their place if you have your opponent severely on the back foot where they aren't looking to capitalize on something and are just trying to survive or what have you. But in an even fight I'd say it's best to stay grounded and only really use the flying knee if you want to throw something big and aerial due to the knees speed and little range of motion it needs to meet the jaw.

there is a 60 page thread on Lebron already ts you goof
