Lol at this thread. Juan would feed McGregor his lunch in boxing. He's taller, faster and hits harder. He has much better technique, and actually throws a jab. Why is this a BAD sparring partner for Nate?

that's the last time anyone spars in that gym talking about Nate getting rocked to the body before a giant fight where he bans cameras and photos in training the youtuber was allowed to be around Nate but he done fucked up not editing this shit out. just shut your mouth and eat the free food ho!

Mma guys gas quickly and can't take body shots compared to boxers.

It's just different sports.

Mma guys train for 3 rounds and the wide range of things to defend against and attack with within those 3 rounds. Boxers are training for more of a grind.
