You dont have to look hard to find Jones was scared of Rashad, fighting Lytoto a second time (because Lyototo punched him).First Jones was scared of Johnny Walker, then he was scared of heavyweight DC, then he was scared of Francis, then scared of Sergei Pavlovich, now he is scared of Tom Aspinall, and some even said he injured himself on purpose because he was scared of Stipe lol.
Moving up to HW because LHW fighters are getting bigger is one of the most hilarious things I have read lol
Jon Jones was scared to fight Chael Sonnen on short noticeYou dont have to look hard to find Jones was scared of Rashad, fighting Lytoto a second time (because Lyototo punched him).
Chael of course. Henderson. DC a 3rd time and Gus a second time. and of course he was scared of HW as well.
Jones has stayed shook his entire career according to the enlightened on Sherdog
So, he decided to go fight guys bigger than him?
I'd say between terrorizing his little daughters and drinking peach flavored Vodka
Meanwhile, GSP is watching Colby get his third title shot.
He submitted both of them in under 2 rounds.gtfoh, dominick reyes made jon running for his life in the cage
alex ko him
is that why he lost to reyes and santos?
Just look at last title fight, Jiri and Alex .
What was that ?
One jumping around and throwing faints until he gets dropped , the other one stiff like a stick.
Cmon .
Jones would beat them both in the same night.

The division evolved, yet a guy Jones beat a decade earlier held the belt at light heavy not long ago.I see both of them posing significant problems for Jon TBH.
There's a reason he left LHW... the division is full of guys his size now. The division evolved and Jon's advantages were gone.
So, are you suggesting that a number of lhws would be the hw champ if they moved up but opt to fight at lhw?Guys with fairly limited skillsets.
In LHW you suddenly had the division full of big and fast guys with highly advanced striking who could defend TDs well. Jon doesn't have a history of beating guys like Jiri at all, at least easily. He fails to take him down as he did Gus, Reyes and Santos and then what? His striking isn't all that against 6ft4 opponents.
I’m not sure he does over guys like Aspinal. But his comparative speed advantage there improved overall. But I’m not sure I’m sold on guys got bigger so he went to fight bigger guys argument. He has a speed advantage at HW tbf sir.

Currently, no. But let’s wait for Conor’s return to be sure.Does anything make you more disgusted than that sir?

ok so you are actually clueless about what happenedHe submitted both of them in under 2 rounds.
I agree with you that Jon would have beaten either one and probably in a dominant fashion against Pereira specifically. But, I think he still would have had a close fight with all around fighters like Rakic or Ankalaev. I think if you are comparing skill sets for skill sets, these two could be technically better than Jon. Having said that, I have never seen a fighter more comfortable and as dynamic as Jon. It's like he can see the fight going down as the third person. Jon was special.Just look at last title fight, Jiri and Alex .
