Pretty good chance that he doesn't get through the gauntlet of: Sonnen, Gus, Mousasi, Machida, Glover, Davis and Cormier without picking up a loss. Not that he is going to fight all of them, but if he stays champ, you have to figure he will face 4 or 5 of them in the next two years.

Jones will reign for years. He's insanely good. #1 p4p if not taking achievements into consideration. I think he would maul GSP and Silva, and probably even Cain.

He could very well be the best MMA fighter ever. Whenever I watch him fight, I feel sorry for his opponents, and that's saying a lot.

I think Mousas is a great striker but hei would get thrown around the ring in regards to jones wrestling unless he has shown better TDD from his last outing.

Statistically speaking, it's very hard to stay champion for any amount of time.

Also, we know he will lose the belt at some point. Everyone does.
