Jon Jones Will Be Dethroned in 2-3 Fights Guaranteed

Like if he lost it, he would totally get it back. zoiks!

Oh while I would love to see that, it is not going to happen :-)

TS wants to be able to pretened to be a genius/wizard if he turns out right - which he could.

This is a silly pipe dream. JJ has crushed every top 5 guy there is without ever really being in danger. I'll bet whatever you want.

Yup. It took a MW to put him in danger.

Jones said he was going to let the arm snap. Which tells me he didn't know how to get out of that situation and was lucky Vitor didn't snap his arm

Pretty good chance that he doesn't get through the gauntlet of: Sonnen, Gus, Mousasi, Machida, Glover, Davis and Cormier without picking up a loss. Not that he is going to fight all of them, but if he stays champ, you have to figure he will face 4 or 5 of them in the next two years.

This is a fair assessment, I haven't read the whole thread but I assume you probably got flamed for it by a legion of Jones fans claiming he is an immortal demi-god that will "hellbow" all of them into oblivion in one round, on the same night at the same time

Jon Jones will only lose if he gets dq'd for murdering a guy in a cage with his elbows. Other than that I see him retiring champ and GOAT

I'd like to see Jones break Tito's record before he loses.
That means he has to get past 2 more people to do it.

Whatever it would be better to watch him fight any of these guys instead of Vitor,Sonnen, Shogun and Machida.

Yes, getting a series of favorable outcomes is always difficult because of the odds. It's worth bringing up that Jon had lower odds of beating his 5 last 5 opponents in a row, esp. in the time frame, yet here we are.

Meh. I think machida will be the one to dethrone him

How did that work out last time? Machida has nothing for Jones. Jones is bigger, he is the better striker, and he is vastly better at grappling. Machida has 0 advantages.

He looked great round one. I think he learns from his mistakes.

Don't think he would still be at LHW in 2-3years

Only guy that'd honestly stand a chance against Bones is Cormier... No one else has the wrestling to beat him, Machida has a chance otherwise too but a small one. Mousasi, as much as I love watching his fights, does not have the wrestling for 205, everyone says Gus' has an advantage because of his reach yet his reach is small nothing compared to Jones' reach, Glover just seems to have that Chuck Liddell brawler kind of thing that might work but it might lead to Jones' just destroying him

Round 1 was uneventful, and Jones won it anyway. Machida's "success" against Jones was landing 8 strikes in a round 2 judges gave to Jones before getting demolished in the second.

I doubt you even watched the fight.
