Jon Jones Will Be Dethroned in 2-3 Fights Guaranteed

I predict that Jon Jones will lose sometime within the next 10 or 20 years. Along the way, he will have a couple of tough fights.

It's tough to envision Jones losing because he has no weaknesses. You feel like Anderson could lose to an elite wrestler. You feel like GSP could get caught cause we've seen it a couple of times. Jones' stand up is very good, his wrestling is elite, his reach is out of this world, and his BJJ is more than adequate, as is his cardio.

Gus has the physical advantage over both but is not technical enough to match Jones's game... I think Jones has the slight advantage here.

Mousasi is a very technical and fluid fighter but Jones has those long arms. I'd like to see how this match will go down coz Dreamcatcher definitely got the skills to get the job done.

Glover is got some heavy hands, plus the aggression... I think he might have the best chance to knock Bones out.

Anything's possible since it's a fight and one strike can change everything. Jones is scary good and he's going to keep getting better.

lol anyone who predicts a guarantee has no idea what they are talking about.

Sherdog where people who are awful at analyzing fights constantly feel the need to tell over people their opinion.

Mousasi and Gustafsson have nearly no chance of beating Jones. The only guy who does have a chance is Cormier and he would still be a healthy dog.

Jones is too good, and has walked through everyone. He will be holding his belt like Pierre or Silva until he decides to move up. Cormier has a good chance but when no one has even put a hole in your fighting style it is a long shot.

I think this belongs here.

I swear on my left nut I hated Jon Jones until I just watched this.

I was pretty sure Anderson would obliterate Jones but now I'm not so sure. This kid can fight.

That's a fuckin SUPERfight.

I think there are a whole lot of people who would like to make bets with TS. In an even bet I'd take Jones to beat all 3 of them in sequential title shots.

I like Glover's chances the most. Looking forward to seeing how he deals with the wrestling of Bader. Hopefully Glover uses leg kicks against Bader with success, which may be the key to slowing Jones down with those pencil legs of his. No one has really been able to do it as strikers get taken down and wrestlers don't like to kick, but Glover is pretty well-rounded so we'll see.

I thought someone was going to crack a joke about him being dethroned by a lamp post or something

Based on what?

Jones is staying the lhw champ until he decides he is ready to be the hw champ.

Jones is the present and the future. Deal with it or find a new sport.

is half of the hw division going to retire or something?

Glover? Hell no. Gus? Not Gonna Happen. Mousasi? Not Likely.

how will they stop jones from throwing them on their back and elbowing the shit out of them?

With mma gloves being as small as they are it's possible that any opponent he faces could land a punch and KO Jones. Someone beating Jones convincingly? No one you listed has a chance in hell. Anderson, and Cormier are the only two possible threats to Jones primacy at LHW.

Jones drags Gustafsson into championship rounds and submits him or ground and pounds him half to death. Gustafsson has only went three round in a fight twice and was submitted by Phil Davis, due to his elite wrestling and submission skills. My prediction: Jones via 4th round submission

Jones outwrestles Mousasi countering any offense off of his back and grinds out a decision or submits from top control. Mousasi is a natural middleweight who was armbarred by a natural lightweight in Pride. Jones will use his dominance in size, strength, and speed and likely submit Mousasi. My prediction: Jones via 3rd round submission

Jones uses his 8.5 inch reach advantage and superior footwork to out maneuver Glover on the feet while avoiding any heavy punches while simultaneously drowning Glover's questionable cardio. Glover walks forward with very little head movement leaving him open for counters and takedowns. My prediction: Jones via 2nd round TKO via elbows

Jones uses his superior striking and 13.5 inch reach advantage to keep Cormier at a distance to avoid takedowns. DC will not likely gas or break easily, but after 5 rounds of hard fought exchanges and takedown attempts Jones will merge victorious. My prediction: Jones wins via Unanimous Decision (49-46)
