A better wrestler in what sense? Could he beat Jones in a pure wrestling match, where no other threats are present? Maybe. Could he beat Jones with pure wrestling in an MMA fight, where he's nervous about getting his head kicked off while shooting for takedowns, on top of having to deal with Jones' excellent wrestling? The only x factor is Gane's size and maybe Jones' ring rust.
But technically, Jones should run circles around Gane.
