Jon Jones Transformation- He is NOT on steroids

People are forgetting Jones' suspicious drug test where he had the T level of a 9 year old Asian girl

Son of a gun, I am people and you're right, I did forget that.

He has also started aging rapidly it appears.

I prefer this version of bones

Not keen on the uber jones of today

He looks like a BEAST. He'll probably come out a little slower, but I can't wait to see what effect all of this has on him in the cage.

If they were lifting weights in the Octagon, it would be great. But unfortunately they aren't lifting weights.

The smirk in the first pic is hilarious. He knows he looks like shit but also knows he can beat up anyone on the planet.

Just remember it is not humanly possible to gain significant lean body mass in short periods of time. That's how athletes knew Reem was on juice when he gained like 20 lbs LBM in a very short period, because it literally cannot be done. Not LEAN mass, fat gains yes.

Even with the best of the best genetics and diet and hard work you can train 24/7 and you will never make Reem muscle gains in that short time frame natty.

Now remember Jon has had time off with no testing. Someone find his weight and BF % that he's at now and put it in a FFMI calculator. It will tell you if he's roiding. You can also easily work it out by his starting and end weight and BF %. If it works out he's been gaining 10 lbs a month lean body mass he's not natty. Beginners can get around 1 lb a week (probably a tiny bit more IMO) muscle gain and the rate at which you can gain tapers off sharply as you get bigger. Jon was already an athlete when starting so he wouldn't be getting newbie gains. He's also tall AF and therefore would need to make WAY BIGGER gains for it to show on sich a tall frame.

The way people think you gain muscle from natty working out is actually about the rate you gain while on T. Natty lifting with good genes is slow and natty lifting with bad genes you will need 5 days a week dedication etc just for small changes. I'll be enjoying the juice in January, been out of the loop for too long can't wait to get back into it.

His transformation isn't really that severe. When has he ever looked like that first picture during a fight? If you want to judge the "transformation", take this pic and think what that would look like right after lifting when his muscled are still pumped for a real comparison. Maybe a small difference but not really that much.

lol the guy was in his early 20s on the earlier pics. his body is just maturing. kinda scary what he will become when he peaks.

It's genetics really. Look how big his brothers are. Jon is just focusing on size instead of staying lean throughout his whole camp. He was 220 for most of his camp against the shael sonnen. He is probably closer to 230 right now.

You guys saying he will come out slower are bannanas. He will not be lifting like he is all the way up to the fight. Hes also doing it using heavey compound lifts which actually makes him more explosive.

Yeah I know, but I'm still curious to see how the mass and strenght will affect his style.

Btw, gustafsson do lift.

Also his coach claimed he had a 300kg deadlift:

yeah, maybe Gus was a bad example but my point still stands.

but those compound lifts will also slow him down, its inevitable.

Just look at his body, he looks much bigger, bigger things are slower at reaching speed, its the reason why bigger turbos take longer to become efficient compared to smaller ones.

Ever wondered why smaller guys like Mighty Mouse are so fast? Or why the fastest man on the planet doesn't look like a linebacker?
