Jon Jones has two records that will never be broken.

The youngest champ record is pretty arbitrary. Aldo became WEC FW champ younger than Jones, and the WEC FW division was effectively the UFC FW division. All that changed when the promotions formally merged was the label.
He is quite simply the UFC’s youngest champ. WEC was WEC. It was under the UFC umprella but so is DWCS and Powe Slap. Not to disrespect WEC but at that time it simply wasn’t UFC and the accolades Aldo got there are his just not the UFC’s

the youngest champ record will be beaten for sure imo, it's still a relatively young sport that keep evolving and also matchmaking play a huge role in that type of record, if tomorrow the UFC find a hot prospect they want to hype they can everything in their power for him to get that record

I'm saying if they were cheating they were more successful than Jones, the Spider the long list goes on
but they didn't cheat and that's the point. We can't just assume everyone is a potential steroid cheat.

Pereira just got a title shot and was 3-0 in the UFC and had been with the company for just a year
After being a double kickboxing world champion and 2-0 against the current dominant champ. Good luck achieving that before 23 yo

What do you think are his most impressive records?
Best fake persona, Best blood to steroid ratio, Best hit and run, Best ability to get out of arrests while clearly being fucked up, Best moving of an entire event because of steroid use, and finally....Most coddled UFC fighter in history. I'm sure I'm missing some.

Yes and no because UFC was the premium brand, so not the same exposition and not the same attraction.

The point of "youngest UFC champ" is that it's seen as THE world title in the org with the best competion. That's the distinction with DWCS. WEC FW does not have that distinction given it had the best FWs and became the UFC title when merged, with no changes.

Like I said, it's a pretty arbitrary record.

Sure, but those are superfluous. The point of the record is to imply that the UFC is the premier roster with the best fighters. That was zuffa era WEC at FW. Notice how the UFC didn't have a vacant belt or do a tournament when they merged they just gave Aldo the belt
