The youngest champ record is pretty arbitrary. Aldo became WEC FW champ younger than Jones, and the WEC FW division was effectively the UFC FW division. All that changed when the promotions formally merged was the label.

Look at Erin Blanchfield. She will be 24 when she gets a TS and imo she will beat Valentina. So she won't break Jones' "youngest champ" record but she'll be close enough to prove it's not unbreakable and someone will eventually do it.
She even has a shot at breaking his "title fight wins" record if she becomes champ at 24 and Women's Flyweight continues to suck. It's a long shot but she's in a good position to start working towards it.
MMA is just too young for any record to be unbeatable.

It was a legitimate climb to the top and very tough competition along the way. He wasn't coddled with favorable matchups or fast-tracked to a title shot. It was incredibly impressive then and remains so for me, to this day. It's hard to imagine a fighter breaking the record for youngest UFC champion, anytime soon, unless they get fast-tracked.
