Cops planted it.

Only in the USA would anyone give that fuctwit a deadly weapon.

So basically he had a BB gun.

Tbh I’d be more scared of his elbows than that glorified pea shooter

It's perfectly normal to have a loaded gun around when looking for nice deals on coke.

Don't see an issue.

A .22 is not a BB gun. At close range, a .22 can do quite a bit of damage, especially to the head. The bullet generally doesn't leave the skull, so instead it bounces around, tearing up brain tissue.

The US military uses the M16 and M4 as the primary rifles, which are chambered in .223 (5.56mm) compared to the much larger 7.62x39 round used by the AK47 and its clones. The reason? The smaller round does more damage when it hits the body as it tears through organs.

A BB gun, though, basically won't even draw blood usually.

See the difference?

Damn look at third pic (with the other guy) and next the previous ones.
His hairline is receding badly

It's only his rifle pulsing - doesn't count. He's innocent.

Carrying a .22 is about as lame as it gets. Jones going for another “decision”, when he could go for the kill.

Edited.

I just remembered. In a social media post in reply to someone asking him wtf? Didn’t this joker say he was carrying an AR-15 in his lap? lol.
