GSP would absolutely not be one of the largest WW. His in cage weight is well documented and he isn't anywhere near as big as Till, Usman, or even Hardy who he fought. Weight cutting is a skill and isn't all encompassing. An 8 lb weight advantage doesn't mean shit if the other fighter is way more skilled. GSP was his largest against Shields 190 lbs in cage IIRC and it's one of his worst performances.
 
He said many times, especially when confronted with "why don't you move up" that he has an easy cut and he isn't that heavy on fight night.

Then again we have him on record saying shit like "a strong, low body fat 227 lbs man not a weak old Dan Henderson" or stuff like that.

When he did that of-season grappling event for Chael he was what in the high 230's close to 240.

I would imagine in shape and ready he is low to high 220's.
 
Jones has never had a problem making LHW so have no problem with him fighting there. It's his reliance on steroids that destroyed his legacy.

Jones was 238 against Hendo. He wasn't as lean as when he fights at 205, but stil...



Lets keep up with the Hendo comparison. Dan fought Fedor at heavyweight, weighting at 207. No way Jones is only 9 pounds over that.
