Go ahead and google a law school, then come back to me
Bc you saying the thousands of law schools would ever put you in threat

There are about 200 law schools several in each area. "Thousands" lol.

There are 237 here, there are a lot of pre law school, every country has multiple. Do you know how to win an arguement almost "lawyer?" Call someone a nazi, racist, sexist, or the lowest intellectual insult a random insult. It for sure, proves your point!

I was talking about just the US.

I have no idea what you are saying.

You are a supposedly a "law school" student. Understand global. I dont dont were you are, nor do I care. But, you have to protect what school you are from, to protect your safety. Because, someone could track you, not knowing you name, and caring THAT much about you, possibly you should reach out for professional help, if you are that paranoid

I thought lawyers were great at debate? Calling someone a bad name like "asshole" is seen as defeat, in every case? That's the 1st thing in forensics. I have two sisters that are lawyers, I got my scholarship for debate to Gonzaga. I went to gonzaga debate institute. So, if you'd like to pretend you know the law, I'd be happy to continue this

So let me get this straight the reason I don't "sound like a lawyer" is I called someone an "asshole"? Like are you being for real? That's one of the most common words in the english language. But seriously I don't sound like a lawyer am very critical of my profession and some of it's very cultish tendencies(kissing judges asses is one of them) and I don't really give a fuck.

Court is only one small area of the law, most cases do not go to court. Sounds like you're one of those people who think they know what lawyers are cause they watch law and order. Also if you're not in the US or Uk your country probably has civil law and while I think civil law is superior and all it's fundamentally different than what lawyers do in the US(in 49 states). So looking global makes no fucking sense.

Also btw you know pre law means nothing and is something you can literally just declare you are in college if you're planning to go to law school? It's literally as simple as going to an office and saying you identify as such. Your program is an undergraduate degree, not a law degree(not that there's anything wrong with that but you're misrepresenting your education). It's not even an undergraduate degree in legal studies. I know some countries let undergrad legal degrees be law degrees, but it's irrelevant cause this isn't one of those countries and you don't have one of those anyway.

AGAIN you wont even prove your education. I'm well versed with the law. From writing proposals in CA, to civil cases, to referidemns at the local level to open Cosco or a super Walmart. You seem to not be someone enjoyable to debate, due to lack of knowledge, so I am done with this. Enjoy trying to pass your supposedly "bar exam"

How the fuck does calling someone an asshole have anything to do with forensics?

You're trying to be a lawyer correct? But, you dont know what forensics is? Oh you as a lawyer thinks its CSI!!! Its Lincoln Douglass, duo debate, Congress, impromptu, individual presentation, you know what almost every lawyer around the country starts doing. Even if you didnt do it, if you're studying the law, you would still do some aspect of it.

Forensics is part of accounting wtf are you talking about?

Forensics is all encompassing debate. Where you learn how to learn how to argue one on one, where you have 2 vs 2 and you have several weeks to do extensive research on a particular issue from the start, how to think quickly given a subject 15 seconds before you answer, seriously as a lawyer you havent done this?!?! That seems like you should change schools, if you believe Lincoln Douglass is accounting

He deserves to be punished severely but he also needs help so that he stops doing this shit. Something needs to be done to correct his behaviors so that he doesn't kill someone next time

The irony is that an actual punishment would be the help. People like this do not change until they are truly humbled and forced to do so. That has not come even remotely close to happening for Jones thus far. No one can hold his hand and walk him through this, it has to be an internal switch that happens where he makes the decision to change. He's a sociopath though, so he will never think of others the way he does himself and that kind of transformation is not forthcoming.

The only way to even possibly get him to alter his behavior would be for him to start facing severe enough consequences that they actually serve as a deterrent, where he makes a pragmatic decision instead of a moral one to fight his impulses. Even a couple of months in jail (which he's unlikely to get) would still only be a slap on the wrist, when taking his criminal history and the severity of his transgressions here into consideration. Jones won't be done endangering the lives of innocent people until he's truly held accountable. With his money, I can only imagine how much shit he's gotten away with that we're completely unaware of.

These are just the effects of the corona virus... shit is getting real.

I am COO of a oil production company, and an independent contractor in consulting entertainment venues. Let me know when you make it bud

Well what would you recommend? He's not getting a few years in Prison coming off basically just being drunk sitting in his car. Even with priors. He has yet to face any real Jail time. I think with Summer coming up, and nothing scheduled he needs to spend a few months in Jail. Like 3 months. That is a lot more than any previous punishment, and hopefuly he comes out hungry for his next fight..

Honestly I’m not surprised but I’d go with the cliche “innocent until proven guilty” and wait for the lawyers to sort this out in due process and whatnot.

UNless you mean firing the gun, there is no innocent until proven guilty here. Much like failing the USADA drug tests, failing a breathilizer is automatic guilty. Unless somehow he can make a case for the machine being broken or something, there is no presumption of innocence. he has already failed the test. Now it's a matter of punishment. You can't fail the test and be innocent. You either are, or are not over the legal limit.
