A case being dismissed is not exoneration in any way shape or form. In domestic violence cases it usually means the complainant (Nicks GF) was no longer cooperating as most individuals do not want to testify in court against their family members.

Where did you see a comment by a judge or did you just imagine that or decided to make it up on the spot?

I am not polluting any threads just calling out the double standard, Sherdog will celebrate Nick Diaz who was also arrested for domestic violence, but condemn Jon who much like Nick was merely arrested not convicted.

Greg Hardy is also condemned by Sherdog, for being arrested of a near identical crime that he was not ultimately convicted of like Nick.

It has not been reported who the alleged victim is, but normally domestic violence cases don't proceed further than the arrest state because the alleged victim stops cooperating as most people don't wish for their family members or loved ones to be convicted of a crime.
