"Domestic violence charges against UFC fighter Nick Diaz were dropped on Thursday in a Las Vegas court, according to a statement from Diaz's attorney Ross Goodman.
Diaz, 35, who hasn't appeared in the Octagon since January 2015, had his case dismissed with prejudice (i.e. permanently) after the Clark County Nevada District Attorney declined to pursue it further. The native of Stockton, California, was facing a trio of felony charges, including two counts of domestic battery by strangulation and one count of domestic battery with substantial bodily harm."

A case being dismissed is not exoneration in any way shape or form. In domestic violence cases it usually means the complainant (Nicks GF) was no longer cooperating as most individuals do not want to testify in court against their family members.
Where did you see a comment by a judge or did you just imagine that or decided to make it up on the spot?
I am not polluting any threads just calling out the double standard, Sherdog will celebrate Nick Diaz who was also arrested for domestic violence, but condemn Jon who much like Nick was merely arrested not convicted.
