it can be as simple as he grabbed he wrist or tried to restrain her when she was flailing about or trying to strike him this happens a lot and most judges do not believe guys like jon with their size and ego. not to try to say jons not the bad guy here but as fans we probably should just wait to hear what happened before calling jon a pos for something thats not clear yet.
