I was hoping for Krylov as a well rounded threat, but this is a really good put together in the face of that falling through.

But an undefeated guy on a streaking 14 wins with 10 knockouts against Walker's chin at this point? Hopefully this is something that puts Az in the Ulberg spot with this win. Should get a top fight after that like Jiri for a chance at a shot

Yeah, I remember 2 solid guys being booked to fight surging up and comers both set for Nov last year (Kry-Murz and Oz-Ulberg) and was upset about the former falling through. But of those 2 fights, Krylov was the cemented guy I had a lot more hope in, in case he beat his prospect, but he has already been out too long, so he couldn't simply wait. Reyes is higher ranked and probably less dangerous, so hopefully it's a showcase. I'd really like to see an active Krylov who put everything together

Most likely, but Walker is so hot/cold you never know what will happen. I do think the longer it goes the more it will favor Azamat.

He's been talking about that being an inevitability for a while now. Something like 7-8 months ago, it was going to be his official plan, but he also did change gyms like 2 months ago, so I could see how plans change like that. Last month, it changed back to "at some point"
