Social competence is very important in this world. An unlikeable and unpopular person will often be passed over for hiring or promotion by a suave and likeable, but less technically competent candidate. For people in the public eye as much as PL managers, a lot of whose job is motivating and inspiring people etc. I suppose being likeable/charismatic/relatable is a big help.

Excellent composure shown by the horses there. 99% of equines would have refused to go anywhere near that commotion.

I won't disagree mate, BVB is fucking tenth in the terrible Bumliga for a reason. They perform better in the CL, but Barca will likely be way too much for this lot.

Has a great eye for a starting 11. Defensive issues here and there, but he gets shit right and has enough subs and versatility to shake it out.

Yeah, I also feel like both teams are pretty different compared to the league phase game. I'm still looking forward to it, I reckon those two games will be the last high level international games for a while. Not counting the horrible Club World Cup.

Cracked my phone screen like 2 weeks ago. Took it in to get repaired (have insurance). They fixed it no problem
My dumb ass cracked it AGANE like a week later, took it in to the same place.

Fucking manager (Short unimpressive mexican with an Edgar cut) was like "yeah, the back is cracked too so we can't fix the front, you'll have to call the insurance company (Who sponsors this store). I'm like yeah man, it was cracked last week when you fixed it in an hour. He's like "Sorry that's our policy" and is just being weird and vague. I'm like alright whatever.

Go into my car and go to Asurion's website, and they link me to the fucking store location I'm in the lot of and it's like "yeah, they can fix the front and back no problem" and they schedule me an appt/claim.

Walk back in like hey man, website says you do this.
"No i told you about the policy"
Can you explain the policy to me?

They're like "Yeah we have a really vague policy about front and back damage but it's honestly at the customer discretion if you want us to just fix the front. The other guy was probably busy and didn't want to help you.
