Looks good. I liked how the, "dance teacher" tells the girls,

"You will always be smaller. You will always be weaker".

So they will have to use skill, deception etc to make up for their lack of brute strength. Much more realistic than a skinny girl throwing guys twice her mass around like rag dolls.

I cheered in the trailer for the triangle armbar when triangle isn't choking them out.

Looks like its you two who picked up on something which plays to your politics not anyone else.

From what I'm hearing the long delay in this was down to Chad Stahelski not being happy with Lens Wisemans direction of the film, honestly the latter did seem like Lionsgate was cheaping out hiring someone who's last film was the Total Recall remake, I spose he does have a bit of visual flare to him and has previously done "girl with guns" kind of films with Underworld but his "recent" record isnt that great. Some saying Stahelski actually reshot quite a lot of the film although I'd guess he couldn't do that with Charon's chaarcter though due to Lance Reddick's death.

Politics didn't enter into my comment. I was simply pleased to see realism - for a given value of, "real" - in training and fight scenes.

Her kicking the groan of the sparring partner to signal that women are physically inferior - and need to cheat to win - will instantly mollify a certain crowd.

The trailer looks alright overall.

Realism. The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of the John Wick franchise.

I love teh Wickiverse & welcome any addition to it with wide-eyed anticipation.

Teh Lady Death revenge story addz oop as an origin story to motivate a young girl to become elite & go on a rampage. That's fun & all & I've enjoyed entire movies based on this premise alone... but I would expect way more depth from this chapter as a whole that sendz a beautiful cascade of ripplez trew teh entire wikiverse & tiez in to teh surrounding moviez.

Didn't see much of that expansion from teh trailer alone, but I couldn't imagine them being complacent in that regard.

I can imagine these would be in high demand among public figures. Even if just to keep on display as a piece of art or conversational starter. Trump will probably be outfitted now that shots have been fired.

Every apocalypse prepper is gonna need one too~
