Okay, I want to start out by stating several things ahead of time: 1. I used the search function. 2. I know he's a . 3. I have my own routine which I am happy with and uses HEAVY weights. 4. I know this could possibly go into the S/P forum, but I don't really believe what he does would be considered S/P. Now that we have all of that out of the way, what is the routine that he does? I set up a routine for one of my younger friends who is not very knowledgeable on the subject of working out and conditioning and he is convinced that Fitness Made Simple can get him what he wants faster. I would like to argue this a little, but I don't know what it actually consists of. Anyone?
