Push someone out of the way rather than just walking around him or waiting a half second, the guy doesn't like that and says so and therefore knocks him out cold.

But yes, thie is why serial killers and bank robbers arent very successful these days. Britain spent the money to install big brother across the pond. In the US, the people spent money for their own cameras, but cops still use them to solve cases everyday. Cant even take a girl out back and get a quick BJ in the alley without being on IG 4 minutes later. lol

U werent there tough guy...u dont know how he was feeling or what could of happener...neither did joe...this isnt combat sports with refs...people have died in altercations such as these...Joe ..u or me dont know who that guy is or who he knows or what he knows...he could he a loud mouth harmless drunk or he could be someone dangerous or he could have friends or people around him who he is...in the streets or bar type situations theres no time for hesitation or lets see how this plays out...u have to make a choice before its to late once someone has taken it to that level where fight gesturing has begun or is happening..

Doesn't matter if he didn't premeditate it. Someone shouting hey at you doesn't mean you get in their face and then swing on them the instant they puff their chest too.

Good luck making the argument in court he was in some imminent danger from the formerly dancing dude he had to swing his way out of. At any second he could have turned around and walked away and the situation would have ended but he had to flex.
