That tragic result was exactly what happened when a Russian mma fighter got into a fight with a powrrlifting champion outside a Russian bar and he kicked the later man and the guy he his head falling down and died. He is now in prison apparently.
 
It's justified. Joe didn't push him first of all. A drunk retard was in the way, he put hands on him to get by, like a slight guiding at best. Then drunk dude yells at him as Joe is walking away. Joe turns around and walks up, then drunk dude postures up like he's a tough guy and Joe dealt with him.

You don't get a pass because you're a drunk retard. Joe could have perhaps handled it different but was within his right...

Not to mention schilling looked like he was twice his size and probably three times stronger and much faster. That's before the judge finds out he is a pro fighter...

Schilling had to get the fist punch because he has a glass jaw. But seriously, what an asshole...I hope he gets jail time. Even if the guy was remotely threatening he could have easily subdued him without that much violence.
 
That drunk guy was posturing and getting into some kind of stance, so I don't have a problem with this.

I have never heard someone be described as "unsecure"...do you mean "Insecure"..?

Drunk guys at bar, big or small are dangerous. You pretending he was a teddy bear looking for a hug is adorable.

That guy could hit him in the face with a beer bottle, he could stab him with a pocket knife, he could pull a gun and shoot him. A drunk man was acting aggressive and Joe put an end to the aggression.

100% guarantee that everyone defending Joe here: If that guy who Joe had pushed, pushed them the same exact way Joe did, they'd get all be flexing their street fantasies too. But of course, they wouldn't have gotten punched, cuz we're all 7ft 500lb marine-gorillas here.

If I run into someone when I'm drunk, the last thing I am doing is trying to act tough. But I guess for people here that's a hard concept to understand. If I make a mistake, I'll apologize.

You have to prove he was a threat. Not the other way around. That's how positive evidence works, but you're not intelligent enough that's why you feel so threatened. Joe Schilling was the one colliding with the little guy, not the other way around. Schilling was walking up from behind and shoving him out of the way instead of acting like a civilized human.

This is what I saw too...and I watched it a bunch of times to make sure.

First, there is no reason Joe would turn around, unless the guy said something. Second, when Joe got closer, you can clearly see that the guy made some kind of movement, like a weird fake lunge to make Joe flinch...except Joe isn't going to flinch from some poser at a bar and dropped him.

I always find it weird how the alpha type personality who calls everyone fearful and pussies are the same ones who think it's fine to fight people cuz their feelings got hurt by words. Really shows the signs of a strong person to throw hands cuz a certain string of audio waves got your emotions all in a tiff.
