Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

Just because Joe layed him down before a fist came up or the lunge was at a point where it made yall accept its distance as one doesnt mean it wasnt a lunge
or a "feint" if you will

An attack doesnt have to land to start an altercation.. The very act of attacking is the start of the fight ..

the drunk guy said HEY! and immediately stuck his chest out and leaned forward to posture.

Anyone who's been in a fucking bar more than once in their life knows what was about to happen. Schilling just ended it quickly

Joe had already gotten in his face. He had made that decision, to invade that guy's space. As I said, the little guy had the right to defend himself by pushing Joe off of him. Joe didn't have the right to take his head off.

You don't go from 0 to 100 in a confrontation like this, not if you want to get away with it legally. You have to let the situation play out a little bit. This is not MMA, nobody's signed a contract to fight Joe Schilling.

When you're twice a guy's size, you're a trained fighter and the other guy is a dancing drunken goof, there has to be more than a flinch on the other guy's part to justify caving his head in and possibly injure or even kill him as he hits his head on the floor.

Make no mistake, if the guy had gotten badly injured, Schilling would be locked up for a very long time for this. He may get away with it though if there's no serious harm done and the guy is too embarrassed to make a big deal of it.

The Manlet stepped up to the bigger dude, he called out Schilling, then stepped up to schilling in some weird "bully" like way and he did like a "Come at me Bro"...it was weird, he stuck his chin out like <{cum@me}>.....Schilling tooked it and nailed him ASAP.

Now does this make what Schilling did ok?
