Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

A Sober guy who was blocking a walking pathway in a bar/restaurant, who was walking backwards, bumping into a guy, who then nudges him out of the way.....Would not have been pissed off...They would've understood that that they are walking backwards in a pathway, and people are trying to get to tables/bar/etc.......Only an entitled bully prick would have a problem with this like the Manlet bully the video.

Any person without an EGO, drunk or not.....Would've just gotten out the way and would try not to block the walking pathway......but this guy decided to be a bully and got dropped, is normal.
Glad to see there is still some logic in this thread. The drunk guy could have said "oh sorry, excuse me" instead he did the cool "COME AT ME BRO" and Joe came at him.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Instead of being polite and saying "Hey sorry I ran into you" he yelled at Joe, and then bucked up and tried to hit him. He thought he was tough, thought he would intimidate Joe, thought he would be the bully he is use to being. It didn't go the way he thought it would go. It's a scary world out there. You gotta be careful about how you treat people.

¿Self-defense? The drunk guy didn't do anything. Schilling should be in jail.

"but but but..do it to a cop" is a nonsense argument. If I walk up behind a cop inside a bar and without saying anything put my hands on the them and kind of shove them out of my way, they could arrest me, yes? That's why your stance sucks, it falls apart when you hold Joe to the same standard from the beginning of the interaction.
Changing the narrative. You said earlier that “move” where the drunk guy “bucks” or “feints” is considered non threatening. That was the whole debate. So do that exact same move to a cop. If you’re right and it’s universally considered non threatening, the cop will just stand there and nothing will happen right? So just do that and make sure you record it.
What are you waiting for?

Says 4 punches.....

Posts gif...showing only 2..in which only 1 clearly lands ..

That said...

Both have faults here and its likely dismissed in court or doesnt even make it there ..

This wasnt some unprovoked molly whopping..fighter or not...doing the whats up lung can be bad for your health...

Its better to just drink RESPONSIBLY....and be in control of yourself...

Cuz u never know who exactly ur provoking...

Also the lack of follow up shots to me seems.consistent with self defense then assault..

It's the only gif I found that has slow motion but feel free to do your own research instead of being a smartass about it. Maybe it's a 3 punch combo with 1 shot landing clean. Either way it ultimately doesn't matter on the exact fight metric count.

Glad to know we have a resident lawyer here thats setting us all straight on the outcome. We can stop the thread now folks.

What did he have to be sorry about?

Nobody is saying the drunk is innocent. He is clearly being a dbag. It’s also clear that Joe was looking for confrontation/escalation. Just because you can KO someone, doesn’t mean you should. Especially a pro fighter, twice the size of the manlet. Joe could have avoided it. Imagine him at a general admission concert? He would have to KO 90% of the people.

I’m not close to a pro fighter and I’ve let several drunks off the hook back in the day .....Bitch move by schilling imo ....But drunk dude sorta feinted him with a right , but schilling shouldn’t have felt threatened

For being in the way. When im standing in the middle of a walking path, blocking someone from coming through i usually just say sorry and go on with my evening.

Now, does that justify the other person knocking me the fuck out and possibly handing me a concussion? Hell no. That's not cool.

But that's what he had to be sorry about lol

Stop being over dramatic
The drunk guy clearly made a move of aggression towards Schilling and quickly found out that he fucked with the wrong bull
Nothing about that is a sucker punch, its just a sucker getting punched

Are you certifiably fucking retarded? The dude obnoxiously pushed him out of the way, the guy probably said something along the lines of "Easy pal" or "Watch it!" or "What the fuck?" or even something more drastic like "Fuck you!" or "Go fuck yourself", and, you could even add them all together and they still wouldn't amount to what was dished out here. This is insanity, pure insanity, and no normal humans would ever behave like this, certainly not ones with normal brains.

Honestly, going full tilt on some dudes fucking face, as a trained mixed martial artist, because he said a couple words to you?

That is beyond the pale. Guy shouldn't be allowed in public.

EDIT: By Pliny Petes small brained philosophy, anyone I've pissed off with this post has every right to come drill me in the face until they are satisfied.

The first interaction between the two men, Joe comes up behind the guy and put his hands on him and pushes him to the side. That's how the whole things begins. By your logic that is super threatening, he came behind him and put his hands on him and pushed him? He could in a split second follow up with an attack from the guy's blind side. Why didn't he ask the guy to move instead of putting his hands on him?

Do that to a cop.....derp! Walk up behind one in a bar and without saying anything, push him out of your way and nothing will happen right? Derp! You're own "do that to a cop" logic falls apart from the second Joe puts his hands on the guy. You can't do that to cop dummy.

LOL changing he narrative. Okay obviously you’re too scared to prove me wrong <Lmaoo>

I mean this is a common risk when drinking or being around drunk people...but i feel like joe could have very easily avoided conflict here.

Bitch move.. if it was a big drunk dude maybe id understand.. but this guy is a little dude and zero threat to even most untrained civilians

100% bitch move.

One guy is dressed up, dress shoes, nice shirt, there with family and friends, having a good time...

The other dude is in a borderline-affliction shirt (didn't even bother to check), and entering that guys bubble, not the other way around.
