Media Joe Rogan's New Body: No More Gut

@Qays Stetkevich inspired levels of uncomfortable.

I dont understand why people are so invested in his physique.

Having looked at the photo, and knowing what I do about him - he is in great shape for his age. He is a BJJ black, can lift, runs hills and I'd be made up with that physique at his age.

Some of you lot on here are bizarre.

That said, they all rag on Bryan Callen, who obviously works out but doesn't abuse HGH, I think he looks far healthier.
I think most of it is a running joke and nobody ACTUALLY loses sleep about Rogan's physique.

Not bad at all for an old man,

no matter what TRT steroids or whatsoever... that takes work.

More especially so at 50+

I remember reading a study where with control groups

1 group- worked naturally
1 group- worked out on testeosterone
1 group- took testosterone and didn't work out at all
1 group- didnt take testosterone and didnt work out at all

at the end of the study, the group that took testosterone and didnt work out at all had more muscle growth than the group that was all natural and worked out.

I literally don’t believe any of that

There’s no way you’ll get more muscle growth not using your muscles regardless of what supplements you take

you need to put in the effort to get results.
