All they are is a way to injure you back. can't believe people still use them in 2016, the amount of backs they have blown out is ridiculous.I hate those fucking things.
I came only for this, thank you. You're the true MVP.
He really has no sense of how useless his health and fitness advice is. He'll talk about the chronic pain he has in several different joints and all the recent surgeries and treatments he's endured, for an hour. Then he'll try to sell u all the pills, equipment, and programs he uses. All the while knowing that it's common knowledge he or a friend always owns a stake in the company selling the shit.
And I have no problem with advertising for yourself or your friends, but I think he really believes he's giving great advice at all times.

He's part of the reason I have no intentions of getting back into BJJ. I did it for two years and something on my body was always hurting. My fingers, toes, ribs, back, elbow. I was pretty much constantly in some sort of pain. It wasn't serious pain but when you constantly feel it 24/7 it starts to get annoying. I wanted to do BJJ cause I thought it was a good way to train and learn to fight without getting injured but I started realizing all these guys get injured doing BJJ it's just a matter of time.
