Does he do any other exercises? It's useless if it's the same thing over and over again. Plus that looks painful for my back. Spinal.

Wow. Anyone who does any kind of combat sport should expect injuries over a long time.

If you want to be an average person than continue doing nothing. This generation are weak.

I've been lifting weight for ten years if not more I lost track of how long it's been so I'm far from doing nothing. I'm not going to put myself through the kind of injuries these people go through. I started getting into excersising as a way to avoid injuries and getting weak when I got old. I'm not going To do something that pretty much guarantees it happens.
 
The whole kettle bell craze comes off like crossfit herky jerky movements that will most likely get you injured.

I rather like his podcasts, not every single one, but still. And give the dude some credit he's in a remarkable shape for a 48 year old.
