It's an awful podcast at this point dude. It was good to great till about 2014. The game has passed him by there are dozens of people using his long form model doing a much better job. If you want to waste half your time listening to Joe roganisms that is fine but he's a terrible interviewer who often speaks in hyperbole and is completely unprepared.
If you need an example go listen to the first Gordon Ryan podcast where Danaher and everyone is the best ever, except Joe can't tell you why, he's just asking you to believe him. He doesn't know how many championships they have won. He doesn't know n how many placers they had at the last tournament. He can't articulate what is so special about Gordon's run. He puts in zero effort even for things he care about. The man has watched mma for 20 some years and doesn't know shit about wrestling cause he couldn't be bothered to learn.
