Ummm.. how did this guy fail to mention lifts? Rogan puts lifts in his shoes.

Look at his shoes in the photo below. Notice how steep the angle of his shoe is at the laces. This angle even starts out in from the laces, by the toes. Why? Because he has something underneath his heels. The lift, of course, elevates his heel to make him appear about 2 inches taller, but in doing so, it also pushes the bridge of his foot out at steeper angle. The same thing happens when women wear high heels.

Rogan's shoes are Salomon which already have an elevated heel. Combined with the lift he places inside them, Rogan is adding 3 inches to his height.
