How tall do you think Joe Rogan is?

Do you think Ashton Kutcher looks like a Brown belt? I don't. Neither would most people who train.

Why in the hell is it so important you and most of Joes fans that a 54 year old, 5'5 man roided to the gills who trains once a week be this super-legit uber-mensche?
BJJ is evolving. The average bluebelt in 2021 is going to give Joe problems. There are bluebelts who absolutely bully legit black belts. Cole Abate would rip Joe's knee apart if he cared to. He's above average, forsure, but this idea you have that people who are realistic about Joe's abilities "Don't know what they're talking about" is insane.

If you think i'm wrong, cool, more power to you, but I know forsure what I am talking about.

He doesn't look like a brown belt, but he's also rolling with someone who is legit top in the world, so its not a great comparison. In either case, Joe is a black belt not a brown belt, has been training much, much longer and despite all your nonsense posts, is in very good shape, especially with reference to the rest of the population.

Why in the hell is it so important for you to deny reality? The average blue belt in 2021 is not going to give Joe problems, and the idea that they would is absolutely insane. I'm a purple belt as well, so you don't have any sort of authority on the matter, and you're 'I for sure know what I'm talking' about means nothing, especially given that I've heard many blackbelts, including world champion black belts, comment on the fact that he is completely legit. The average blue belt gets murdered by an average black belt.

If we take the question, how does Joe Rogan do against an average blue belt to the grappling forum, what do you think you consensus would be?

Ashton Kutcher is a Machado brown belt.

Yes, I'm a purple belt who has no idea what he's talking about. You're right. If I were a black belt then I would be right, but unfortunately I'm just a lowly purple belt and Joe Rogan can beat up everyone because he did a striking art that involved Zero punching to head, had to quit boxing and kickboxing because he didn't like getting hit in the head and got a blackbelt from Eddie Bravo.

Ashton wrestled too in school, hes a big UFC fan and I think hes gone to some events too.

He takes a lot of supplemental shit so obviously roid rage is a part of that mental violence. He smokes a lot of weed too maybe that takes the edge off.

LOL, Rogan is a legit trained martial artist who could fuck up most people with ease. Guy was a Tae Kwon Do champion. He has been noted to have the best spinning back kick ever seen by some great fighters including GSP.

He would literally blow your rib cage out in five seconds with his spinning back kick and it would be nothing for him.
He couldn’t even reach my rib cage unless he was kicking off a stool.

“Deny reality” hahahahaa

most people know that in 2021 the average bluebelt would do well against a 54 year old with bad knees, a bad neck and shit cardio who trains once a week. I train with bluebelts who would demolish Joe very easily.

Your point about Craig Jones is so dumb too. I’ve seen hundreds of Craig’s seminar rolls, he goes to his opponents skill level and Kutcher is not a brown belt as most of us would consider one. Craig has nothing to do with how terrible and clumsy Kutcher looks

Lmfao why is that dancing alien making me laugh so hard

It’s definitely not genetics. Look at joe when he was 30-35. He wasn’t built anywhere near how he is today. He’s open about his enhancer use.

Joe Rogan "Yeah there is a lot of violence in me I dont know if it is genetic or learned. I look like a violent person, you know if I didnt know me, you know just the way I am built, Not even the working out part just the size of my hands the width of my shoulders there is most likely a lot of violence in my history and my past"

Joe wants you to know he is a big man he has violence in him he could kill possibly!

Neil Degrayse Tyson: ""so are you 5"7 & 3/4""

Joe Rogan "it is probably closer to that"

Also Neil called out Joe on his lying height at 12:05 seconds.

CLIFFS in first time Neil went on Joe Rogan they butt headeds. Guy below believes Neil when he went on the 2nd time was passive aggressive enough to cornee Joe and make him uncomfortable as payback for Joe insulting him or interpurting him the first time

5"7 &3/4

Fake and who cares.

Awesome

He needs to lose that gut. The guy talks about eating way to healthy and being so disciplined to have a gut like that. He's like nearly 200 pounds and at his height (whatever it is) it's to much. As far as being violent I'm not so sure how untrue that is. I've seen some videos from him where he looks to get real heated and serious over nothing. It was with this women who seemed to be annoying him which I get but it just came across like a guy who's ready to lay his hands on a women.

His rage is fuelled 90% by steroids and 10% by his height........or lack of it.

Joe is pushing 200 pounds lean with a black belt, most bjj blue belts are going to get manhandled by that come on.

Joe would be master’s 5 fighting at Heavyweight.
Steffen Banta won Pan Ams at bluebelt hw and he would absolutely run through Rogan. Let’s say he was about a 9/10 on the scale of bluebelt. For an “average” they’d be about 3-3.5 “notches” below. Joe would struggle with that bluebelt, and that was 3 years ago. Honestly, most higher belts Joe’s age would struggle as well let alone giving up a lot of useful size. That doesn’t mean Joe isn’t good at BJJ or a legit blackbelt, just means his entitlements are not the end-all of BJJ and that this ludicrous projection he’s making is based on sheltered belief that he’s better than he is.

Joe progressed in a room full of friends and familiar faces who gravitated toward the prestige he brought along; not to say anything Joe has is unearned. But, if you were to see him roll or compete with your run-of-the-mill, 5’10 180lb bluebelt, i don’t see him cutting through them. Sorry. The game progresses and people get good quick these days. I had a kid in my fundamentals who i thought was going to quit get his blue in under a year and start tapping and destroying his contemporaries because he kept his head down and used the resources at his disposal.

when Joe was coming up, there were no youtube videos. Most you could get was an overpriced DVD set and even those are up a level. Instructionals are insane these days and every high level competitor is showing their techniques and details. Newer, younger people are definitely utilizing this.

to think a 54 year old who has a ton of injuries, atrocious cardio and isn’t training on a regular basis is going to cut through some 2 stripe blues round after round with ease or hell, even compete against one at an Open, is not realistic. Cole Abate would absolutely murder Joe. He’s top of the food chain, sure, but I said Joe would “struggle” against the average.

UFC average level of BJJ would be late blue to purple. Just my opinion. Some obvious blackbelts, and they usually shine through. But most guys move on the ground like bluebelts. Do you think Joe is not struggling on the ground against most of the UFC Roster?

Keyword is:Struggle.
Joe would more than likely have a few dominant moments and transitions against an average bluebelt, probably tap them a couple of times (he’s got a brutal d’Arce and guillotine) but it would not be a knife through butter for a 6-7 minute round and I would honestly pick the average HW bluebelt in a match against Joe. Sorry, it’s reality.

True. He used to have human proportions when he was in his 30s and didn't have this weird giant head with a sixpacked balloon abdomen. I wonder which drugs gave him this weird body.
