lol yes brother, Kid Galahad I remember that I have that DVD at home, my entire family loves Elvis they used to watch the elvish marathons all the time every year when I was a kid, sadly it seems they stopped showing his movies around 2007, almost every year the local TV in LA would run an elvis marathon around the anniversary of his death.

Bronson has a sweet as jab so fluid and smooth, you can tell he knows how to scrap, I love Hard Times bare knuckle boxing scenes, for the time it was more realistic, the Rocky Movies have some of the worst boxing scenes where guys are hitting each other with no defense nad never going down lol

In fact, I'm in the process of upgrading my favorite Elvis movies to Blu-ray from DVD. I just got through doing that with three of my favs in KING CREOLE, FLAMING STAR & CHARRO. I have to do the same with KID GALAHAD next.

I used to have a huge Elvis vinyl record collection too but I got rid of those last year when we moved to AZ. I could have gotten damn good money for them had I sold them but I had a friend in my old apartment building back in NY who always admired the collection & my turntable. So, I just gave it to him before we moved.

I have a mate who goes around saying he's 6'3" despite the fact he's visibly shorter than my brother who's 6'3"...I just let it go but each time he tells people how tall he is, I do find it irritating.

its weird how his name has faded a bit, for years after his death he was still known, I remember I talked to some younger people early 20s at the Harrash casino when waiting at the cash booth and they asked me where did I win I said the Elvis slot and they even told me they never heard any Elvis songs one girl told me she didn't even know who elvis was she was like 21. I think cause they stopped showing those marathons they used to run them for 3 days showing his movies and then going over them and his life every year.

Oh, yeah. I used to love Elvis week every August when the cable networks used to show a bunch of his movies, his '68 comeback special & a whole host of other things. Then it was reduced to just a weekend & finally just on the date of his passing. Now, it's pretty much nothing. How sad.

My wife's dad wasn't an Elvis fan so she rarely heard any of his music while she was growing up which I tease her about by telling her that it's a tragedy that she was deprived like that. She never saw any of his movies either. So, when I made her sit down & watch KING CREOLE with me last month she was surprised how much she enjoyed it.

Sounds like a buddy of mine that I grew up with who insisted that he was 5'10" despite the fact that he's clearly about a half-inch shorter than I am & I'm only 5'8". LOL.

its all about proportions, Rogan has very short arms, this is why I think he is 5'6 not 5'8
There are plenty men who are 5'7 to 5'9 who don't look short they are short but they dont look like a dwarf mainly because of proportions
This why when a woman is 5'7 or 5'8 she is TALL, she will look much taller than a guy her height mainly due to the limbs and proportion women will have longer limbs where some 5'7 guy could have short arms and stocky making him look shorter. its all about proportion if you are a shorter guy never bulk up get strong lean and muscular not bulky.

That Zac Efron guy looks normal size, he has long arms but he is only 5'7 he admit he is 5'7 barefoot and 5'8 to 5'9 with certain shoes but he looks normal not dwarfish or midget looking
He is lean and muscular but not short and stocky like Rogan so he looks normal even though he is only around 5'7, when you are shorter its better to look like Efron than Rogan stay slimmer and dont bulk up.

Another celebrity that most people think of as being tall is Jared Leto but he's only 5'9".

I believe he's listed officially as either 5'10" or 5'11" but when I met him at the after-party for a Thirty Seconds To Mars concert he was only about two inches taller than me & at least an inch of that was the boots that he had on.
