Ben is 5'8 with the yamaka. How does one explain this photo? Joe has to be at least 5'7 or smaller.
Hopefully joe is 5'7 which is manlet cuttoff. Anything smaller and you are approaching girl heights.

If you look at this photo he took with Matt Serra (who, we can agree on, is a manlet) It looks like he's at least an inch taller. Even though it does look like Joe is wearing lifts in those shoes.

What's the actual goal of this?

Rogan has "excess muscle mass"? He's not that big. He looks about the same as most of the guys I know that go to the gym regularly. You don't need roids to look like that.

I mean he's 205 lean at like 5'5 or maybe 5'6 max height. He's also 100% confirmed to be using at least TRT, and I would probably make a lot of money betting on him using HGH + steroids at a point + TRT + other shit probably. He's had multiple stem cell injections lol so...not going to surprise me at all if he's on designer shit.

It's that no man's land height - they're not really short enough to be a manlet, but far enough away from 6ft that they can't find a way to call themselves tall, even if they wear lifts. Plus, all they need is a few 6ft friends and suddenly they're the short guy.... Which then means they have to point out to you that they aren't short because the average male worldwide is 5'9 or some shit.

But just packing that much muscle and being that lean onto a 5'5 to 5'6 frame, even with a thick bone structure, is pretty much next to impossible. In the video he has visible abs, he's pretty lean. So if someone was 6'4 to 6'6 and weighed 305 lbs lean would we just think that's natural or possible? Obviously not.

We've seen guys like Carwin and Lesnar, they are more like 6'0 to 6'2 maybe, but probably weighed 275-290 at most? Less than lean, and also just juiced to the gills.



I guess he's not super lean, but he's pretty lean and he's 52 years old in that video. He's definitely like 5'6 at most I'd bet too. Again, I know I've repeated this like 12 times but if you're lean at 205 lbs at 5'6 at fucking 50+ years old then obviously you're not natural. And his physique is ugly I agree, it's not aesthetically pleasing, but I'd say there's very very few people who could achieve that combination of muscle/leanness per height/age naturally.
