But if you say it like that, I don't want to argue with you. I agree. It's okay to assume nothing happened. It's not okay to state that position as a necessary one and that the opposing view is a conspiracy theory or some kind of absurdity.

If people are insisting on accusations that on their face are bold claims and which have been investigated and found lacking then yes at some point it becomes to fair to label these things as something like conspiracy theories. I would prefer slander or libel, if not civilly liable then at least in the colloquial sense.

Both the Hunter Biden and Trump legal cases were political witchhunts.

Ideally, it would have been better if Biden pardoned Trump and Trump pardoned his son.

What makes you say that? Trump tried to overturn the election and if anything the DOJ was really soft on him for it with Merrick Garland taking his time to appoint a special counsel to address the matter.

DOJ should've been more aggressive at least on the Jan 6th and classified documents cases.

What Trump can hope for and expect is the amount of the fine to be cut, likely in half, as per the norm in many such huge award cases, by that appellate court.
