So I read this excuses hunter for any crimes for 10 years? Is that really the case? If he was found to be murdering the hookers he was banging would this still cover him?

The pardon even went a few hours into the future so Hunter Biden could have drugged, raped or murdered someone for around three hours when it was signed.

I don't know how people can convincingly argue that there wasn't lawfare involved in the Hunter Biden charges.

They were trying to give him 25 years for:

1. Lying on a form about drug use when purchasing a gun. If we stringently prosecute this to the fullest extent of the law, half the people who own guns in this country would be in prison for weed.

2. Not paying his taxes. Which he eventually paid including penalties.

No normal person would get 25 years for this. Get real. It was politically motivated.

Just like Trump's BS 34 felony charges for "falsifying business records."

Sure it happens on RARE occasions, but more so in non violent drug and alcohol cases where the person stands before the court and does make restitutions, jail is not the norm.

And it is certainly not the norm as a do over, by bringing it BACK UP years after it was dealt with the first time.

And if you did not simply want to justify this you would cite an example where a case like this was settled and then brought back up years later, despite the person not reoffending.

I'm proposing that Biden should not have pardoned his son for 11 years worth of crimes. Whatever those might be, in a time when we're in a battle against a villain whose superpower is chaos, lawlessness, dishonesty and slander and moral degradation and in a time when our very best weapon against him is to actually be true and honest and right and to be perceived as such.

And you made the positive claim that no father would allow his son to be prosecuted under these circumstances and that's a positive claim you cannot defend and I only made the claim that that's not certain and that some fathers would.

Trump pardoned people with this same exact gun charge but worse mitigating case factors though (Lil Wayne, Kodak Black). Trump’s pardoned tons of people with drug offenses, and tons of people with tax fraud a whole lot worse than Hunter’s.

Yea he was guilty of it. The OVERPROSECUTION of them were BS and politically motivated. He got 34 felonies for what was essentially a misdemeanor.
