No way this guy makes it 4 years.

Dementia advances quick, he won't even know who his family is 4 years from now.

My MIL was at this stage just 3 years ago, living on her own, active and still driving. Today, no way can she drive (let alone even take a walk by herself outside, she will get lost) she has no clue who her family is and wears a diaper because she doesn't know if she has to go to the bathroom or not. Her brain is complete mush. Dementia is sad, cruel, advances quick and is terminal.

Eventually it kills you because your brain forgets how to swallow and you drown in your own spit.

That isn't even close to what I said. I would be happy if more people were educated, as well as being reimbursed for the cost of my education.
What you are saying is "We should give something to some people based on our choosing and others shouldn't be given the same opportunity."
