I would fire the head of the FCC, but everyone should know that Kimmel needed to be fired regardless. His ratings sucked, he wasn't funny, and he's just spewing Left Cult lies too often.

No Lefty cried when Gina Carano got fired... by Disney. She wasn't given a chance like Kimmel, who told his boss Iger that he was going to do a monologue and take his lie further.

Disney canceled Kimmel because the FCC told them to but there is no official sanction from the FCC(not sure if that is the right term). If the FCC did sanction and force some type of action that Disney felt was unjustified is there not a legal recourse to fight?

So to me this looks like Disney not wanting to stand behind Kimmel or is there more that happened behind the scenes.

Also was Kimmel not going off the air in a few months anyway? Is this jsut a case of Disney saying not worth the effort for a show that is already going off the air.

Right now the parent company that owns Kimmel’s show is trying to get the FCC to approve a merger with another conglomerate. the threat is that they’ll deny the merger unless they do what the FCC wants.

Sickeningly, the merger legitimately should not be even entertaining this merger to begin with due to antitrust laws.

As I said in my first post in this thread, that's been my only consolation in this misadventure. Seeing the most rabidly pro-cancel culture types recoil at cancel culture since Charlie was shot has been peak entertainment.

I have no idea what you are referring to, but you may as well admit now that it's bullshit intended to get a rise out of me. I don't lie. I may make mistakes occasionally like everyone else, but unlike you, I don't engage in deliberate falsehood. And I don't run off. I get busy because I run a business. Hence the term busy.

As far as running off goes, I'm still waiting for an answer to my question, shitbag. Keep projecting. It's a good look for a mod.

Hearing all the celebs cry for Jimmy and claim this is a loss of Free Speech, forgot about every other show on ABC if Leftist, and where were they when Gina Carano was fired? Where were they when Biden's FBI was banning people all over Social Media?
 
I assume he will be on ABC until his contract ends if it is not renewed 🤔🤨

Was it all a ratings grift? This whole stunt was because nobody watched him in the first place. This will drum up viewership from idiots who need to be told what to watch.

YouGov recently did a poll. While most people view Kirk’s assassination as the left wing hit it was. Only 10 percent of democrats did. 33 percent of democrats think it was a right winger. An even more troubling amount were “not sure”

So the media shying away from the obvious ideology, and lies like the one Kimmel told, are obviously painting a false picture to those who most need to know what happened. Leftists
