JDS Has Weighed the EXACT Same His Past 4 Fights

Over here Doctors study medicine and surgery; Nutritionists study nutrition.

Most doctors know jack shit about nutrition, it's a very small part of their curriculum in the United States.

Though, even our nutritionists often don't know that much. Most are so closed minded with what they learned in school that they won't even consider anything alternative or any new studies.

Since muscle is denser than fat, if he weighs the same but has more muscle and less fat, wouldn't that make him smaller volume wise?

I was scrolling down, waiting for someone to hit it. Loosing body fat and putting on muscle, you will be smaller in the sense that you will displace less water when submerged, thus smaller. But you will be stonger and 'look' bigger because your appearance is more impressive.

4 years ago at UFC 95 (239lbs):

Little difference imo. Certainly nothing more than you'd expect from four years of training.

You need to quantify your statement otherwise it is just more SD bullshit.

He said it accurately.

Muscle and fat, being the same volume, muscle will be heavier.

Muscle and Fat, being the same weight, muscle will have less volume than fat.

Just slightly more defined, is all I can see.

The second image was actually from the Carwin fight. I accidentally pasted the wrong link.

I've added the one from yesterday but still little difference, especially when taking into account the darker skin tone. Not seeing him having "packed on muscle" that a bunch of people are talking about.

Yeah, but you know Sherdog. A couple pics of a fighter flexing and we fly into a frenzy.

You just can't make that judgement: the lighting will not be identical, his tan could also vary, the white balance is not the same, one photo has been sharpened up more than the other, etc, etc.

My cousin is a doctor I think I know what the fuck I'm talking about dawg.

How does what one's cousin does for a living impact their level of knowledge on a topic? My cousin is a computer engineer, I have no more knowledge of computers than the average person.

You can lose body fat by turning it into more muscle mass therefore he's not wrong.

Fat doesn't turn into muscle, that's a myth. He probably lost some body fat (which would have made his weight go down) and added muscle (making his weight go up) and just ended up at the same weight.

JESUS CHRIST.

The guy you're arguing with said exactly the same thing.
