Jaws is so watcheable / most rewatchable movies

For about 20 years straight, every time I happened to notice Shawshank was on TNT I'd end up watching the rest of it.

After maybe 70 viewings I finally got sick if it.

I also do this with Bloodsport.

I own sling blade and never get tired of watching it.

However, I'm cautious about every watching anything as much as I watched Shawshank because I don't want to get sick of my favorite movies. It's possible to have too much of a good thing.

All those movies you listed are super watchable yeah

We should try to figure out what makes these movies so rewatchable

Only movies I have watched more are the Sword in the Stone and Bloodsport.

It's the movie I've watched more than any other, two or three times a year even now, never get bored of it.
My number 1 without equal

Jaws is so damn WATCHABLE son. I could watch this movie all day on reapeat. It just feels like home you know? Its so damn good. Robert Shaw what a fuckin actor.

How I feel when Jaws comes on

That’s such an interesting concept about feeling like home. I’m the same way with Seinfeld reruns and Shawshank as well. It just feels like being back in my old house as a kid. There’s just something comforting about it

I saw Braveheart 13 times in the theater.

It's no Jaws, but it's so rich it's easy to watch multiple times.

I am the same way with Ocean's Eleven and Tropic Thunder.

Can't remember the last time I caught the beginning of those flicks but I also can't remember a time I changed the channel when I found them on

Jaws, Rocky, Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski, Ghostbusters, and The Goonies have been the movies in my life I can never turn down. Jaws is up there as far as greatest monster movies of all time

I can watch The Devil Wears Prada Anytime it is on t.v.

Same with Shawshank Redemption.

It's one of those movies, that whenever I cross paths with it, I know what I'll be watching. Jaws, Jurassic Park, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, etc.

It helps when you have stuff thats just constantly entertaining rather than going for a long buildup I'd say, you can jump into it at any point.

Ghostbusters
Big Trouble In Little China
Raiders of the Lost Ark

All of those I'v probably seen 30+ times.
