That means that they can pretty easily trace back anyone's steps in a major metro, and will eventually get you on some form of transport or with your mask down a little. They also probably have facial recognition software running in real time on major retail/fast food store cameras. What this means is that it is impossible not to be found if you do something like this in a major city if they want to find you. Since they haven't found this guy, it's highly, highly suspect.
