This movie looks so incredibly bloated it’s not even funny. Way too many other heroes and the like included in this. I feel like this is gonna be way too crowded with characters and plot lines.

Hoult looks legit as Lex though. And I like Ms Maisel as Lois Lane.

They probably want as much association with the successful MCU movies as possible, even though Peacemaker was well received.

Maybe because of the messy backlash that's associated with those two titles due to rumors that his Peacemaker and Suicide Squad might continue in the DCU as soft reboots.

I only watched the first few episodes of season one of Superman and Lois. But I did watch the series finale and I like the touching prologue.

Yeah, you should give it a full watch. There's a ton of heart in that show. Pretty solid CGI for a network TV show.

Well that is basically what it is.

These movies are not really for the generations of people who grew up watching earlier versions. They are for the youngins who are seeing this material mostly for the first time, at least as first run theatrical release.

I cannot recall which reimaging was talked about prior on this forum but the sherdogger said 'it was ok but brought nothing unique or new to the table the prior did not' but their kid was like 'this was fantastic' as they had not seen the original, at least not in a big theatrical release.

Because Peacemaker and JG's Suicide Squad were garbage. I still don't know if he was trying to be serious or make a parody.
